Together Leading Communities Ltd was founded by Margaret Fraser, who is passionate about building resilient and connected communities, having worked within housing and communities for over 35 years.
TLC Ltd is a Company that has ‘Community’ at the centre of its approach. We work directly with people and partners to build solid community participation with community members, local organisations and cross sector partnerships.

It is a Forum for showcasing and developing community engagement and capacity building utilising the incredible work of local organisations, volunteers, entrepreneurs and partners in creating and maintaining resilient communities.

Furthermore, it provides up to date and relevant information to support those working at various levels within communities. In a time where communities are constantly experiencing challenges, we aim to provide support and networking opportunities across sectors.

We will highlight the successes and ‘good news’ stories of community organisations, local groups, entrepreneurs, individuals and partners to share their experiences and positive impact they are making through our ‘Good News’ newspaper.

Sharing of experiences in overcoming challenges in providing long lasting positive outcomes is beneficial in supporting others to reflect and act on their ideas and goals in providing the best service for community members whom we serve.

Our mission is to provide a relevant, high-quality and responsive service alongside community and partners to support, develop and maintain the best outcomes for the community in the true sense of co-production. We aim to put a spotlight on the vital day to day activities and interventions from community members that have been integral to community connectedness.

Founder
Margaret Fraser
Margaret has a background in Housing, Community Development and Regeneration having worked across all for the past 35 years. She brings her skills, passion, lived experience and strong working knowledge of local communities and partners together to create resilient communities.
Her work profile has included establishing award winning community projects, interventions related to climate change, place-based interventions, covid 19/cost of living support, social enterprise delivery, intergenerational and cultural integration projects.
She has a strong track record of establishing and maintaining partnerships, capacity building of individuals and groups through community consultations accessing and maintaining external funding.
​
Her passion for working at a grassroots community level has led her to establish Together Leading Communities Ltd where she can continue to work on a variety of project with communities and partners.
TLC Ltd support and activities include consultancy service, community workshops, support with community connections.
